I had a mixed experience at Eurostars Monte Real. While the staff were notably helpful, which I appreciated, the condition of the facilities and the quality of the food left a lot to be desired. I was disappointed with the cleanliness and the temperature issues in my room during my stay. It might be an option for a quieter retreat outside the city center, but there are definitely some drawbacks to consider.
